RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return. Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To request a return, please contact us at customercare@honoriyus.com, including your order number and reason for the return.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any issues, contact us immediately with photos of the problem. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at customercare@honoriyus.com.

Express Shipping: $35.00 (3-5 business days)
International:
Standard Shipping: $15.00 (9-14 business days)
Express Shipping: $40.00 (3-5 business days)
Orders are processed and packaged within 3-5 business days, in addition to the shipping time.
WARRANTY
Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on our jewelry. This warranty is void if the item is damaged due to misuse, improper care, or unauthorized repairs.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Once an order has been placed, modifications or cancellations cannot be made. However, if you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once you receive your order, you can initiate a return in accordance with our refund policy.
Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund lost jewelry. We recommend securing and caring for your pieces properly to prevent loss.
